Q
I've heard that many (most?) of your lifeforms have remarkably inefficient metabolisms, resulting in substantial quantities of solid byproduct eliminated from the anus. Humans seem to be extremely disgusted by this substance-- not only that of other species, but also their own. Yet they also consume food which is fertilized using this byproduct. Can you explain this apparent contradiction?

It is true that most Earth life forms create a condensed waste product. As the material you speak of varies in name depending on the age and flight-status of the creature in question, I will refer to it with its scientific name, “Numerus Twoicus,” so called as it was the second substance ever discovered by Earth science (the first was borax).

While inefficient in practice, the process of creating Twoicus is crazy tough, and a small portion of evil cosmic matter called “sulfer” is necessary in the creation of each lump. As a result, fresh twoicus contains small portions of sulfur and is actually quite dangerous. If it’s not neutralized soon after ejection it could turn into a black-hole or even worse, a kind of brown dragon (called “Dingleberry” in English) that shoots black-holes from its eyes.

Plants and a combination of other organic matter, however, can both neutralize the dark power in sulfur and utilize it to grow healthy crops! Once it’s been processed in this way, Earth creatures fear it no more than any other substance that smells like death farts.
